Retailers order over phone and my team enters everything by hand

The problem, in their words

We supply around two hundred retail pharmacies. Orders come by phone call and WhatsApp and my team types every one into our system. Errors are frequent and expensive when it is medicine. I want orders taken accurately without a person retyping them, with the retailer confirming before it goes through.
