We store your name, business name, city, email, WhatsApp number, and what you wrote about your problem.

Your email and phone number are never shown on the public board. Your name, business, city and description are, because that is the listing.

Anyone holding your private applications link can see who applied to you. Keep that link to yourself.

We check your email against Freedom With AI membership records to confirm you are a Diamond member. We store your name, city, WhatsApp number, what you build, your skills, the work you described, and, if you add them, your photo and bio.

When you apply, the business owner sees all of that plus your contact details. That is the point of applying. Nobody else sees your contact details.

Text you write, and audio you record with the microphone button, are sent to Google's Gemini API. It is used to check the submission is genuine, to transcribe speech, and to suggest solutions. It is not used to train a model by us.

If you use the photo tidy-up, your photo is sent to the same service and comes back edited. Your original is kept unless you choose the edited one.

We do not sell your details. We do not pass your enquiry to multiple vendors. We do not send you marketing you did not ask for.
