Half my consultation slots are wasted on questions the website answers

The problem, in their words

People book a paid consultation and then use it to ask what a treatment costs, how many sessions it takes and whether it hurts. That is a wasted slot for a clinician. I want those questions answered properly before booking, so the consultations we do run are with people who are ready to start.
