Banquet enquiries arrive constantly and availability answers are slow

We run two banquet properties. Enquiries come in all day asking about dates, capacity and per plate rates. Checking availability means calling the property. By the time we reply the client has booked elsewhere. I want date availability and indicative pricing answered instantly and the booking held while a human confirms.
