Anxious patients need answers at night and we can only reply in office hours

The problem, in their words

Fertility treatment is stressful and our patients have questions constantly, often at night. Many are simple and repetitive: what a medication is for, what a result range means, when to come in next. My counsellors answer the same twenty questions all day. I want patients to get accurate answers immediately, with anything clinical escalated to a human straight away.
