I cannot tell which of my leads are serious without calling all of them

I get leads from several portals every day. Most are casual browsers, a few are ready buyers, and I have no way to tell without calling each one. I want the first conversation to happen without me, establishing budget, location and timeline, so I spend my calling hours on the ones worth calling.
