Class bookings and cancellations are eating my studio manager alive

The problem, in their words

We run twenty two classes a week across three instructors. Members message on WhatsApp to book, cancel, or move to another slot, and my studio manager spends half her day just moving names around a spreadsheet. Waitlists get missed. I want members to book and cancel themselves and the waitlist to fill automatically when someone drops out.
