Parents want progress updates and my teachers have no time to write them

The problem, in their words

We coach around three hundred students. Parents want to know how their child is doing, and rightly so, but my teachers cannot write individual updates every week on top of teaching. I want parents to get a useful, honest update on attendance and test performance regularly, without a teacher writing each one by hand.
