Follow up appointments get forgotten and treatment courses go incomplete

The problem, in their words

Most of our treatments are a course of sessions spaced weeks apart. Patients forget the next one, we forget to remind them, and the course goes incomplete, which is bad for the result and bad for us. I want the next session scheduled and reminded automatically as part of finishing the previous one.
