Wedding season orders come on WhatsApp and measurements get mixed up

During wedding season we take hundreds of orders for blouses and lehengas over WhatsApp. Measurements go into a notebook and every season a few get confused between clients, which for a bridal order is a serious problem. I want orders captured properly with name, measurements, fabric and delivery date, in a list my tailors can actually work from.
