Customers ask for designs we have in stock and we cannot show them quickly

The problem, in their words

We hold a large inventory across two showrooms. When a customer asks for a particular kind of set within a budget, my staff has to walk the floor or dig through photographs on a phone. It is slow and we lose the moment. I want staff to be able to ask in plain language and immediately see what we have that matches, with the price.
