Service reminders go out late and customers service elsewhere

The problem, in their words

We are an authorised dealership with a large service book. Reminders for periodic service are sent manually from a spreadsheet and they slip, so customers go to a local garage instead and we lose both the service revenue and the relationship. I want the reminder to go at the right time for each vehicle and a slot to be bookable from the message itself.
