We sell premium apartments. Enquiries arrive through portals, our website and WhatsApp, often late at night. My team of six calls them the next day and by then a serious buyer has already spoken to three other developers. I want every enquiry answered immediately, qualified on budget and possession timeline, and the genuinely serious ones flagged to my team with the context already gathered.
