Subscription meal changes come by WhatsApp and the kitchen gets them late

We deliver subscription meals. Customers message to pause, skip a day, or change a preference, often the same morning. Those messages reach the kitchen late and we cook the wrong thing or deliver to a paused address. I want changes captured up to a cut off time and reaching the kitchen in one clean list.
